I was rather impressed with the reviews. So, I had nothing to lose (literally, because the app is free) Once downloaded I was blown away by the numerous workouts.

Seven starts you off with three lives. Skip a day and lose a heart, but miss 3 workouts in a month and your progress resets to zero and its game over!

Overcome with excitement I tried my first workout I have to admit after three laps I couldn’t carry on. However go at your own pace …

You will need a sturdy pair of trainers, I bought the below from JD Sports, Price £20 …yes £20 JD Sports have continuous sales on their website (that’s where the real bargains are)  I also managed to find these snazzy leggings from Amazon

I love this App. I feel fitter and I have more energy! the App is ideal for those who have hectic lifestyles. All you need is the motivation to do it and most importantly… The app is free ! or if you can’t get enough of it then you can subscribe ( which I did ) for £29 for a years subscription.
